proposed moratorium on liquor licences

The MEC for Tourism, Environmental & Economic Affairs intends declaring a moratorium on the application and issuing of Liquor Licences, i.e. special licences (tavern & other) in the whole Free State. Interested parties must make their written comments on the proposed moratorium on or before 21 August 2006.
