Our standards
To ensure that firms live up to the group values, the group requires all member firms to meet set group standards as a condition to their continued membership. These standards relate to key elements of a law firm – namely, client satisfaction, staff satisfaction, BEE compliance, firm differentiation and best practice implementation and are annually assessed as part of the group’s membership certification process.

Member firms are assisted to meet set group standards through the provision of support, guidance, mentorship and access to a growing library of resources, best practices and tools that members can draw from to improve their practices and meet the group standards.

Group standards become the catalyst that allows the group values to gain traction at a member firm and contribute to a change of culture and way of operating, necessary to establish the firm as a new breed of law firm.
