Coast, a (AUD) $101m project near Brisbane, will consist of 150 apartments that will each be appointed with fittings that embody contemporary coastal living. "The aim with this development is to launch a product that would allow South Africans to diversify their investments in the Australian property market," says Scott Picken, CEO of International Property Solutions (IPS).
The ambience will include neutral colour schemes and extensive use of glass and some apartment configurations include a study or private roof terrace. One-bedroom apartments are priced at $397,500 while the one-bedroom units with a study are priced from $397,500 to $740k. Two bedrooms will be priced from $580k to $897,500 and the two-bedroom units with a study from $650k to $940k. There is also a limited selection of dual level units available with exclusive rooftop terraces.
A series of Offshore Investment Seminars will be hosted by IPS and its partners in all the major SA cities during the from the end of October to.
