Codes of Good Practice for the Forestry and Construction Sectors

The Minister of Trade and Industry published the Forest Sector Charter and the Construction Sector Charter as sector codes in terms of section 9(1) of the BBBEE Act, 53 of 2003 and it is effective from the date of publishing and binding on all stakeholders in the relevant sectors.
