landmark uk corruption probe decision

The UK Serious Fraud Office's decision to drop a probe into alleged bribery and corruption involving arms deals between BAE Systems and Saudi Arabia has been overturned by the High Court, reports The Daily Telegraph.

The decision is expected to bring fresh pressure on the UK Government to reopen the probe which was controversially dropped after pressure from then Prime Minister Tony Blair 16 months ago.
