Request for comments on Gazetted Construction and Forestry Sector Charters on B-BBEE

Interested parties have until 5 February 2009 to submit their comments and inputs on the Draft Construction and Forestry Sector Charters, gazetted in terms of Section 9(5) of the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Act (B-BBEE Act) on 5 December 2008.

In the absence of any fundamental deviations and concerns, the Draft Construction and Forestry Sector Charters will be gazetted as a Final Sector Code in March 2009.
