PH Attorneys and PH Group would like to share the news that there will be a leadership succession as Mr Douglas Henney retires and steps down from his role as Director of PH Attorneys and Chair of PH Group.

Mr Henney has been an integral part of the PH Group, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success over the years. Under his leadership, PH Group has grown to become what is now the largest legal network in South Africa and a leading player in the South African legal sector.
 
As Mr Henney steps down, we are pleased to announce that Mr Lesley Mokgoro, CEO at PH Attorneys, will succeed Mr Henney as Chair of the PH Group. Mr Mokgoro brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the role, and we are confident that his leadership will result in continued innovation and growth for the PH Group.

Mr Henney shared his thoughts on his decision to step down, stating:
"Serving as Chair of the PH Group has been an incredible journey, and I am proud of what we have built together. I am confident that under Lesley Mokgoro’s leadership, the PH Group will continue to thrive and set new benchmarks in the legal industry.”

Mr Mokgoro also expressed his gratitude for Mr Henney's contributions and his excitement about the future:
