Position: Candidate Attorney 

Location: Cape Town CBD

MP|W, a dynamic law firm based in the heart of Cape Town’s CBD, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment while completing their articles of clerkship.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with legal research, drafting documents, and case preparation.
• Support attorneys in various practice areas, including litigation, commercial law, and conveyancing.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders under supervision.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognised South African university.
• Strong academic record and excellent research skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
