Firms

The PH Group was established in 2006 by founding member firm PH Attorneys and has since
evolved to become the Largest Legal Network in South Africa and the only network of its kind that
caters exclusively to the needs of South African law firms.

The PH Group is a national association of independent and like-minded firms that practise in
association but not in partnership and with separate liability. Member firms conclude an association
agreement with PH Attorneys in terms of which they gain access to and become a member firm of
the PH Group and subscribe to the Group Values and Standards.
