At PH Group, we hold our value of expertise in high regard and are committed to the ongoing growth of our professionals. We introduced the Professional Development Webinar series in October 2020 to achieve this. 

This series is a long-term initiative with the intent to develop young professionals in the Group by presenting practical, non-academic and informative high-quality training over a range of topics and areas of expertise by experienced professionals. Although the series is primarily aimed at candidate legal practitioners, these webinars are also attended by other professionals and directors in the Group.

About two to three webinars are held each month, covering a vast array of topics across different fields of the law, including Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Labour Law, Conveyancing, Compliance, and many more. The level of training ranges from basic to advance in order to accommodate junior well as senior professionals in the Group.

The presenters of the webinars range from seasoned professionals from PH Attorneys to external specialists such as university lecturers and advocates. We have also had directors from numerous Group member firms present sessions. These webinars also offer an opportunity for presenters to demonstrate their expertise, grow their correspondent base amongst Group firms and hone their presentation skills.

The success of this series has grown year after year, with professionals from across the Group attending in large numbers. Over 60 Professional Development Webinars have been held, with an average of 70 attendees per session. 

The webinars have substantially impacted the professional development of individuals within the Group, and we are dedicated to maintaining this positive influence for the years ahead.
