PH Attorneys at the Bloemfontein Office is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for incoming clients.
The ideal candidate should have outstanding customer service and hospitality skills, combined with a warm, energetic, and approachable personality. Excellent communication and language proficiency are essential, along with computer literacy and previous experience in customer service. The candidate should be well-groomed, professional, highly organised and diligent.
Primary responsibilities include;
• Greeting and assisting incoming clients.
• Handling incoming calls and messages.
• Managing deliveries and notices.
• Overseeing reception areas.
• Coordinating consultation room and boardroom bookings.
• Carrying out administrative duties as needed.
Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged communities.
